This is a suit brought by the state revenue agent by which he seeks to collect money alleged to be due the Yazoo Mississippi Delta levee board, and the case comes to this court on an appeal to settle the principles of the case from a decree overruling several demurrers to the bill. The bill alleges in substance that in November, 1916, R. T. Clark, R. L. Cheshire, R. P. Harris, L. C. Dulaney, and C. H. Dulaney, doing business under the firm name of R. T.
