Appeal (1) from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed December 16,1980, which reversed the decision of a referee and sustained the initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner holding claimant eligible for benefits upon the ground that she was totally unemployed during the period in issue, and (2) from a decision of the board, filed September 4, 1981, which denied the employer’s application to reopen.
