11 This appeal arises from the trial court’s granting of the Louisiana Workforce Commission’s (“administrative agency”) exception of peremption. Tess Lassai (“Ms. Lassai”) sought judicial review of the appeal referee’s decision to affirm the administrative agency’s denial of her unemployment compensation which held she was disqualified for benefits because she left employment without good cause pursuant to La.
