OPINION
{¶ 1} Parkman Properties, Inc., appellant ("Parkman Properties") appeals the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas decision, which upheld the adjudication order issued by the City of Warren Building Department to demolish a building located at 2921 Parkman Road, N.W. in Warren deemed to be a nuisance. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
