—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the third-party defendant, New York City Transit Authority, appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Yoswein, J.), dated May 30, 1995, which granted the motion of the defendant E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. and the separate motion of the defendant third-party plaintiff, Oatey Co., to compel disclosure.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs to the defendant-respondent.
