CALABRIA, Judge.
Caromont Health, Inc. (“Caromont”) and Key Risk Services, Inc. (collectively “defendants”) appeal an Opinion and Award of the North Carolina Industrial Commission (“the Commission”) refusing to enforce defendants’ mediated settlement agreement with Andre M. Kee (“paintiff’). We affirm.
I. Background
