In all equity cases wherein assets of either or both parties to the cause are being administered, marshaled or otherwise disposed of by the court, the court may issue a bar order under the authority of Code Ann. § 37-410 (Ga. L. 1939, p. 344). See in this connection Suttles v. J. B. Withers Cigar Co., 194 Ga. 617 (1, 2) (22 SE2d 129); Joel v. Joel, 201 Ga. 520, 523 (40 SE2d 541); Cohen v.
