Plaintiffs Landon Holdings, Inc., and Donald Osborn appeal as of right an order granting defendant Grattan Township summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10). Defendant cross-appeals the trial court’s order granting plaintiff partial summary disposition. We affirm the grant of summary disposition and find moot the cross-appeal.
