MEMORANDUM

This action is an appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, under 28 U.S.C. § 158 and Bankruptcy Rules 8001(a) and 8002(a). The action was assigned to the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge under 28 U.S.C. § 636. 1 Thereafter, the debtor-appellant and the trustee 2 each consented to the exercise of plenary authority by a magistrate judge under 28 U.S.C. § 636(c).
