Gerbiorari to the industrial commission to review an award in favor of the respondent-employe.
The employe Avas injured as the result of a collision between a train and his automobile shortly after 1:00 a. m. on December 1, 1938. The question for decision is whether or not the injury arose in the course of the employer’s business.
