Weinstein, J.), entered on or about November 19, 2013, which denied respondent father’s motion to dismiss the first amended petition, and appeal from order, same court and Judge, entered on or about February 14, 2014, which denied the father’s motion to dismiss the second amended petition, unanimously dismissed, without costs, as moot, and the aforesaid orders vacated.
