SAUNDERS, Judge.

Relator, Dwayne Comeaux ("Comeaux"), seeks a supervisory writ from the denial of his motion to strike the affirmative defenses of fraud and misrepresentation filed by his employer, Butcher Air Conditioning, Inc. ("Butcher"), and its workers' compensation insurer, LCTA Casualty Insurance Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Defendants").
