Plaintiff, Amway Corporation, appeals from a Court of Claims order denying its motion for summary disposition and dismissing its complaint against defendant, Michigan Department of Treasury.

Amway is a Michigan corporation which manufactures and sells products to independent distributors in all fifty states. Amway operates several regional warehouses, called distribution centers, to supply its distributors. Amway uses a fleet of leased trucks to transport its products to the centers.
