OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter is before the Court upon the Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) filed by Cambridge Production Credit Association (“CPCA”) and the memorandum in opposition filed by the debtors, John and Eileen Shaner. CPCA seeks summary judgment on the objection lodged by debtors to the claim which it filed herein.
