This is a suit to recover rents past due for April, May, and June, and for the unexpired months of July, August, and September, 1928, upon a written contract of lease dated September 28, 1927, at a monthly rental of $55 per month, payable on the 1st of each month, with a stipulation that, in event of failure to pay the rent punctually at maturity, the whole uneapired term of the lease shall at once become due; and, in case it becomes necessary to place the claim for rent in the hands of an attorney for collection, the lessee shall pay 10 per cent, additional as attorney’s fee and 8 per cent…
