Christopher Collings was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to death following a jury trial. This Court affirmed the judgment and sentence on direct appeal in State v. Collings , 450 S.W.3d 741 (Mo. banc 2014). Collings timely filed a pro se motion to vacate, set aside, or correct the judgment and sentence.
