Defendant appeals by leave granted from a circuit court denial of his motion to set aside a juvenile court waiver of jurisdiction. We affirm.

On February 12, 1988, three weeks before defendant’s seventeenth birthday, the prosecutor filed a petition in this matter in juvenile court. He charged defendant with assault with intent to murder, armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
