— Affirming.. The appellant was indicted and convicted of grand larceny. He was charged with stealing from Dr. Sanders, “two automobile tires of the value of $40 a piece, and one automobile tire of the value of $15, and two inner tubes of the value of $5 a piece,” and of the aggregate value of $105.

The court instructed the jury that if they believed from the evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the defendant before the finding; of 'the indictment unlawfully and feloniously took, stole, and carried away the various articles enumerated in the indictment,…
