The Probate court of Cook county allowed the claim of Beconstruction Finance Corporation against the Estate of John T. Cunningham, Deceased, in the sum of $356,655.48. The claim was based upon a judgment by confession entered in the Circuit court of Cook county on February 7, 1933, against John T. Cunningham and others in favor of Central Bepublic Trust Company in the sum of $245,811.25, upon a joint and several promissory note payable to National Bank of the Bepublic, signed by Peter L.
