Appeal from ’Circuit Court olf Codington County. Hauff and Stoormo as partners, brought an action against the South Dakota Central Railway Company, to1 recover damages to an automobile, resulting from a collision with a box car. propelled by one of defendant’s engines. Andrew B. Stor-mo, one of the partners, who was driving the automobile at the time of the collision, also brought an action for damages for personal injuries received in the same collision.
