The appellant in this case was tried and convicted in the Criminal District Court of Dallas County for the of fense of robbery, and Ms punishment assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for twenty-five years, and from the judgment and sentence he prosecutes this appeal.
The appellant complains, that the sheriff carried the defendant, shortly after the alleged robbery, before the witnesses J. H.
