COX, Judge:

Appellant was tried by general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members on charges alleging assault with intent to commit rape and forceful sodomy. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of indecent assault and forceful sodomy, in violation of Articles 134 and 125, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934 and 925, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
