Certain facts common to both appeals will first be stated, after which the separate appeals will be considered, in connection with the specific facts relating thereto. C. F. Mohr was for many years engaged in the retail lumber business in the city of Portage and was for many years also engaged in manufacturing and selling lumber at wholesale in Northern Wisconsin.
