SMITH, Judge.

Charles and Marlene Campbell (the Camp-bells) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (trial court) that dismissed their three-count complaint against Lower Providence Township (Township) relating to the grant of an easement to the Township for construction of a street.1 The question presented is whether the trial court' erred in dismissing the Camp-bells’ complaint, where it determined that they had not proved fraud in the inducement to make the agreement that led to the easement.
