RHODES RUSSELL, Judge.

Appellants, three members of the board of directors of the Beth Hamedrosh Hagodol Cemetery Association (“Cemetery Association”), a not for profit corporation, appeal the trial court’s dismissal of their amended petition seeking declaratory and injunctive relief. The trial court dismissed the cause on grounds that the underlying dispute involves an ecclesiastical matter and is therefore beyond the civil court’s jurisdiction.
