On March 5, 1998, this court entered abstention and remand ordei’s in forty-nine adversary proceedings that were commenced in several different state courts of Alabama and, in one instance, Georgia. These actions .had been removed to various bankruptcy courts in Alabama and one .bankruptcy court in Georgia and thereafter transferred to this court.
