This action for misrepresentation and breach of contract arises out of Westbrook Allegro L.L.C.’s (“Westbrook” or “Defendant”) alleged failure to indemnify Occidental Hotels Management B.V. (“Occidental”), Operadora Intercontinental De Resorts & Hoteles, S.A. (“OIH”), Allegro Palm Beach N.V. (“Allegro P.B.”), and Hotel Playacar, S.A. de C.V.
