This cause came on for consideration at a motion docket held on December 15, 1995, in Birmingham, Aabama, at which time the court considered the November 8, 1995 motion of plaintiff to remand this action to the Circuit Court of Talladega County, Aabama, where it was filed on September 18, 1995.
