*1114Appeal from a judgment of the Steuben County Court (Marianne Furfure, J.), rendered May 27, 2003. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of murder in the second degree (two counts), arson in the first degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree and criminal mischief in the second degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
