Before Buchanan, J., Charleston, July 20, 1895. Proceeding in the probate court for the county of Charleston, for the probate in due form of law of the will of Ellen A. The only question in this case is whether the will of Ellen A. Crawford, offered for probate in-due form of law, was duly attested. The facts in the case are, in the main, undisputed, and are sufficiently set forth in the decree of the judge of probate (which should be incorporated in the report of this case), in which he held that the will was duly attested, and admitted the will to probate.
