Testatrix, after giving several specific bequests, made the following disposition of the remainder of her estate: Paragraph 14: “The residue of my estate, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto the Girard Trust Company, of Philadelphia, and my nephew, Frank Brennan, of Philadelphia, in trust for the following purposes.” Here follow certain specific legacies.
