Appellants own approximately 13 acres of land fronting 640 feet on the north side of present U. S. Highway 80 about 8 miles east of Vicksburg. The property extends north a distance of about 1000 feet. The northerly part is somewhat narrower than the highway frontage. Near present U. S. Highway 80 there is located certain improvements on said land, including a residence, restaurant and other buildings.
