This action was brought by Howard F. Eitter against the Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Montgomery County, Maryland, to recover upon a policy of insurance issued by the latter for the loss by fire of certain personal property described therein, and which was situated upon a farm in Baltimore County, Maryland, belonging to Matilda V. Eitter the wife of the plaintiff, who resided with him on said farm.
