Trimble, the plaintiff, against the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad Company, a corporation of the State of Delaware, for the recovery of damages for injuries to himself, and for injury to his automobile, which he alleges to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant company on the eighteenth day of July, 1912.
