BRYANT, Judge.

Where the trial court held that petitioners had fully served their life sentences after credits had been applied to their unconditional release dates, we affirm the trial court’s order.

Facts and Procedural History

Clyde Vernon Lovette and Charles Lynch (petitioners) were both inmates of the North Carolina Department of Correction (hereinafter “DOC”) system, serving sentences of life imprisonment.
