^Defendant Glenn C. Ayo appeals his conviction for armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64, and his conviction for resisting an officer, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:10s. 1 On appeal, counsel for Mr. Ayo argues the following assignments of error:

1. The trial court erred by failing to suppress the identification obtained in violation of the defendant’s constitutional rights.

2. A mistrial should have been granted.
