The appellants challenge the right of the appellee to bring this suit to foreclose the mortgage on the ground that the appellee is not the owner of the notes and mortgage. It is argued that the Superior Court of Cook county had no jurisdiction in the suit begun in that court to wind up the affairs of the insolvent Masonic Mutual Savings and Loan Association, and that the appointment of a receiver in that court and all acts of such receiver are null and void.
