ORDER

MOYE, District Judge.

This action was brought by plaintiff Austin under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U. S.C. § 1681, et seq., for the defendants’ alleged noncomplianee with the provisions of the Act. In addition to this federal claim, plaintiff also seeks to recover under Georgia common law theories and statutory provisions relating to defamation. The action is presently before the Court on a motion for summary judgment submitted on the behalf of all of the defendants.
