This is an action for Declaratory Judgment wherein the Ward Parkway Shops, Inc. (hereafter respondent), the lessor of business property to the defendant C. S. W. Consultants, Inc., a Missouri corporation (hereafter Consultants), lessee, seeks a declaration of rights, a money judgment for unpaid rent, and other equitable relief against Consultants and one Steven T. Schanzer, appellant (hereafter Schanzer), the sole stockholder of Consultants and its president. The evidence is undisputed as to the factual background giving rise to this action.
