Appellant was indicted and tried for burglary in the second degree, found guilty by a jury, and sentenced by the court to imprisonment in the penitentiary for six years.

According to the testimony of Wanda M. Lewandoski, her residence was broken into while she was at work and away from her home. Several items were taken from her home, including an unsigned personalized check.
