This dispute marks one more chapter in the long running — and constantly evolving — battle over the clean-up of the Centerdale Manor Superfund Site (the “Site”) in North Providence, Rhode Island. This chapter involves a kind of spillover fight among two insurers who were previously allied in the defense of an action brought by Emhart Industries, Inc.
