SUMMARY
This cause comes before the Court as a petition for rehearing filed by the petitioner on June 10, 1969, following the entry of an Order by this Court on December 24, 1968 dismissing the petitioner’s original bill in equity seeking a review of an adverse determination by the respondents herein, the Johnston County Review Committee, such committee having been appointed by the United States Secretary of Agriculture pursuant to the provisions of Title 7 U.S.C.A. § 1363.
