Kenneth T. Roberts, defendant, was charged by bill of information with one count of aggravated criminal damage to property, in violation of La. R.S, 14:55. He initially entered a plea of not guilty. He subsequently withdrew his former plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty as charged.
