Ronald Beaulieu appeals a district court order dismissing his motion, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, to vacate his sentence. We vacate the dismissal and remand for further proceedings. 1
Beaulieu was convicted of conspiracy to manufacture amphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and possession of amphetamine oil with intent to manufacture amphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
