This is a bill in equity by the assignee of Theron Davenport, a bankrupt, seeking to set aside certain conveyances of real and personal property made by the bankrupt to the defendants Josephus Davenport and Deborah Davenport, on or about the 6th day of November, 1877. It appears from the proof that on the 6th day of November, 1877, the said Theron Davenport, who was then, in fact, insolvent, made to his son, the defendant Josephus Davenport, a conveyance bf a farm situated in Kane county, Ill., containing about 348 acres of land, for the nominal or expressed sum of…
