Carl E. Mosby brought an action against the Board of Commissioners of Vanderburgh County to recover damages sustained by him as a result of the breach of a written contract of employment entered into between himself and the Vanderburgh County Park Board, which had been appointed by the Board of Commissioners pursuant to Ind. Ann. Stat. §26-1552 (Burns’ 1960).
