Kareem Campbell has been charged in a three-count indictment with possessing with intent to distribute oxycodone, possessing cocaine, and disobeying a lawful order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, which had sentenced him to a term of supervised release prohibiting him from possessing controlled substances. On December 20, 2010, Campbell filed a motion to suppress evidence, a motion to dismiss Count Three of the indictment for lack of jurisdiction, and a motion to sever Counts One and Two. ECF No.…
