This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Bond county, in favor of appellees, Ed Meier, doing business under the firm name and style of Excel Bottling Company, and Larue B. Timmerman (hereinafter called defendants), and as against Stella Gaffner and George Gaffner, appellants (hereinafter called plaintiffs).
