David Harris (Claimant) appeals from the final award of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) finding that he was not entitled to full permanent total disability benefits from the Sec*533ond Injury Fund (Fund) from February 7, 2006 and continuing for the remainder of his life. Claimant sought recovery from Phillips Metals (Employer) and from the Fund for injuries sustained on or about June 28, 2002 while working as a crane operator.
