Reversing.

The appellant, Sylvia M. Baker, was the defendant below, and William H. Baker was the plaintiff below, and they will be referred to in this opinion as such.

The action is one seeking a divorce, filed by plaintiff in the Clay circuit court on March 27, 1942. _ The grounds for the relief sought, as stated in the petition, were and are that: “* * * before the time of their separation the defendant, without like, or any fault on the part of this plaintiff, abandoned the plaintiff and his bed and became cold and insulting toward the plaintiff, abusing…
